Integrations
Feature requests
Inbound channel — ask us to add a package, ship a feature, or fix a bug.
Any tenant user can file a request directly from the portal:
- From an image detail page: click the "Request a package or feature" button in the image hero. The form opens with the image pre-filled.
- From anywhere else: click your avatar in the top-right, then "Send feedback / request".
What you can request
- Package — add a specific package (apt, Maven coordinate, npm scope, etc.) to an existing image
- Feature — new capability across the platform or an image
- Bug — something looks wrong or doesn't match the docs
- Other — catch-all for clarifications, audit-trail asks, etc.
What happens after you submit
- The request lands in PodArmor's internal triage inbox
- If a Slack integration is configured on our side, we get a real-time ping with the request body
- The PodArmor team triages and replies by email — typically within one business day
What we share back
In v1, the admin's internal triage notes are NOT visible to the tenant — they're internal-only. The reply you get is via email (or in person, for high-touch customers). A future revision will expose the admin reply inline on a "My requests" tenant page.
Privacy
The form captures: your email (from the session), the request body, the optional image scope, and the optional package name. We don't capture anything else from your session. The request data is stored in the same DB as the rest of the portal under your tenant scope.
